Martin Phillipson
Martin Phillipson joined the faculty of the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 1999, after having previously taught at Osgoode Hall Law School, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia. His teaching and research interests include the areas of international environmental law and intellectual property. Mr. Phillipson co-authored International Regulation of Trade in the Products of Biotechnology, an independent research study published by the Estey Centre in 2002.
