
Dr. Jill Hobbs
AssociateJill Hobbs is Associate Professor, Department of Agricultural Economics, University of Saskatchewan. She has a BSc (Econ) from the University of Wales, an MA in economics from the University of Calgary, and a PhD in agricultural economics from the University of Aberdeen. Her research focuses on agri-food marketing and supply chain management, food safety, specialized livestock marketing, and consumer attitudes towards biotechnology, and she is the author or co-author of numerous books and articles on these subjects.
