Peter Clark is one of Canada's most distinguished and active international trade practitioners. His clients, in Canada and around the world, include governments, corporations and trade associations. He is very active in NAFTA and WTO dispute settlement, both as Counsel and as an Arbitrator.

Through CIDA, the UNDP, and UNCTAD, Mr. Clark has been an advisor to developing countries on how to adapt to and implement international trade rules and to cope with trade actions against their exports.

He is a frequent media commentator and appears regularly before Parliamentary Committees, analyzing trade and commercial policy issues.
